Kurt Krenn
Kurt Krenn (born June 28, 1936) is an Austrian Roman Catholic prelate and Bishop who ran a priests seminary in Sankt Pölten, near Vienna.
Views
Krenn argued against Turkey's entrance into the European Union, warning against the 'islamisation' of Europe and calling Islam a "very aggressive kind of religion" that will not easily allow for the political unity with the Christian faith.[1] He is known for his anti-European Union views.[2][3]
Abuse scandal
He resigned from his post in 2004 after there was an abuse scandal.
